At The Potion Pub, every product is handcrafted by me in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of these products, please review the return policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

Because my products include personal care items and ingestible goods such as herbal honeys, I am unable to accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.

To report an issue, please email with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

Once the issue is reviewed, I may offer a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened skincare or body products

• Herbal consumables including infused honey and teas

• Used or partially used items

• Custom or special order products

Shipping Issues

The Potion Pub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If a package is lost in transit, I recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, I am happy to assist in filing a claim when possible.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases where:

• A product arrives damaged

• An incorrect item was sent

• An order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Handmade Product Notice

Because my products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and aroma may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
