I do my best to source organic and regenerative ingredients whenever possible. All dairy and red meat are pasture-raised, and any chicken served is organic and raised without antibiotics.

I care deeply about where food comes from, how it's grown, and how it's prepared. Every ingredient is chosen with intention because I believe food should nourish, not just fill a plate.

That level of care is reflected in the pricing. I know not everyone places the same value on ingredient quality, and that's perfectly okay. My hope is simply to share food made with integrity and, perhaps, inspire a deeper appreciation for what goes into it.
